Love the idea of:
- eating more raw
- wholesome &
- non frankenstein food
But HATE the idea of:
- having to re-educate yourself on food AGAIN
- spending a small fortune on new kitchen equipment that will only collect dust in a month
- or learning what the latest superfood out of the Amazonian rainforest is (And where to find it?)
US too!
The Rawsource is a space to share simple, tasty and FAST raw food that can be simply enjoyed on it’s own or complemented with your usual cooked meals so that not everyone in the family has to convert to the church of Raw Foodism
Everyone should be enjoying more delicious wholesome, food, as nature intended, but sometimes we need a little help to make it even better without any added nasties.
About the Editor
The Rawsource began as the food blog (then called Girl on Raw) of Robyn Law in 2008 when, she began her new journey of Raw food after visiting a detox health retreat, Spa Resorts in Koh Samui Thailand. (She loved it that much she returned 2 more times, the most recent with her family in 2012 and can you believe her husband even gave it a shot?)
After feeling so amazing once completing their 7 day cleanse, which consisted of juices, herbs and twice daily coffee enemas, she vowed to not let her high flying job as a flight attendant and party girl, stop her from embarking on a new health journey.
In 2010, Robyn completed her Raw Chef qualification, training with the UK’s Leading Raw Chef, Russell James at Matthew Kenney Academy in the USA, touted as the World Best Culinary School by Food & Wine Magazine.
Whilst there, she formalised her practice in Gourmet Raw Food creation and rubbed shoulders with some of the world’s most influential raw food experts.
No longer a high raw vegan foodie but a foodie with a penchant for health, Robyn promotes a balanced approach.
Thanks for stopping by and we’d love to hear from you if there’s anything we’ve missed or more of what you’d like to see!
